Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
How long does it take? There are two options, first, you can take the short classroom session and the pool session the evening prior to the open water dive the following morning. The second option is to take the classroom and pool sessions in the morning and dive in the afternoon of the same day. The entire experience is conducted by a Sea Experience PADI Instructor.
All the equipment you will need is included in your Discover Scuba Diving Experience. You’ll use all the basic scuba gear including a mask , snorkel and fins, a buoyancy compensating jacket that also carries your scuba tank, a scuba regulator to breathe from and instrumentation to monitor depth and air supply. You might also wear a scuba wetsuit or a weight system depending on where you do your Discover Scuba Diving Program. You will need to provide your own swim suit and towel.
$175 Includes a pool session and one tank boat scuba dive in the ocean at a shallow reef
