 The objective of Sea Experience Career Development Center’s ALL INCLUSIVE Phase II Program, is to take a certified PADI Divemaster (or equivalent rating)  and elevate their training and  scuba diving skills to the PADI Instructor level. This program puts you on a direct path to working in the diving industry as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

The Phase II program begins with the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) which includes the PADI Assistant Instructor and the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. Additionally, this phase includes EFR/CFC Instructor and the PADI Instructor Examination.  Materials, tuition, boat fees, Dive Theory and IDC E-Learning fees and application fees are all included, just bring your dive equipment!
